2010 Assessments

Dear Homeowner,

You should have received your payment coupon in the mail but if you have not you can send your payment without a coupon to the following address:

Blackstone HOA
c/o Access Management Group
PO Box 64504
Phoenix, AZ 85082

Please make the check payable to Blackstone HOA and put your 5 digit account number on your check. If you do not have your 5 digit account number please contact me and I will give it to you. The dues amount is $600, due 1/1/10, late if received after 2/15/10. Monthly interest does apply if received after 2/15/10. Please note, not receiving a payment coupon does not excuse you from having to pay your dues. Everyone must pay the full amount on time or be subject to delinquent interest as outlined in the Covenants.
