There is a old man who is lost in the neighborhood. He seems to be from Vietnam.
Do we know any Vietnamese family in the neighborhood? The last name might be Nguen.
Please call me if you have any information (732 925 2991)� the cops/ambulance are right outside my house at 7845 Cavendish Place.
