Pressure Washing/Painting Exterior of Home

Dear Homeowners,

In the past few months a fair amount of homeowners have been asked to pressure wash and/or paint their homes. Painting your home every 4-5 years not only maintains the beauty of your home but it is also a necessity and it protects your home from the elements and from costing you more money in repairs in the long run. Please take a close look at the exterior of your home. If there is green or black mildew on it then it needs to be pressure washed. If the color is fading and looks streaky then it needs to be painted. Please take care of this ASAP to avoid being sent a violation letter. Randy from All Bright Pressure Washing contacted me and told me that he was doing the pressure washing for most of the homes in Blackstone and that he is running a special for $149 for the whole house. Also, if you are changing the color of your home please submit your Architectural Request Form for approval prior to painting. Thank you for your help in keeping Blackstone beautiful.
