FOR THE WELL BEING OF OUR COMMUNITY
Weather is getting warmer and the walking club is making strides. Please join us on Saturday 4:30 to 5:30 and / or Sunday 7:30 am to walk towards a better health. Join us next week , the 28th and 29th of March at the pavilion if you are available and interested. Walking 30 min a day helps with Diabetes and Cardiac problems.
