Late Fees & Interest

Dear Homeowner,

Association fees were due on 1/1/07 and late if received after 2/15/07. If you paid your association fee late or not at all, a late fee was assessed to your account in addition to monthly interest fees. No exceptions will be made regarding the late fee & interest owed to the HOA. Just like any other business, the HOA has a policy and just like with any other late payments made there are penalties. Please pay your association fees and any penalites owed as soon as possible to avoid additional interest charges, liens, and attorney fees. Payment coupons were sent out in December and a reminder was posted in the newsletter. Even if you did not receive a payment coupon and didn't read the reminder in the newsletter, it is still your responsibility to pay your dues in full each year on time. Reminders and late notices are sent out as a courtesy. They are not a requirement. Refer to the Covenants pages 9-11 for more information. Thank you.
